The VP of Compliance will play a critical role in ensuring the bank's compliance with BCBS 239 principles. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing validation testing processes and procedures, leading validation testing activities and managing the validation workflow. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end validation process for the BCBS 239 compliance validation programme
- Design and implement validation testing processes and procedures for BCBS 239 compliance validation
- Lead validation testing activities and manage the validation workflow
- Guide junior team members in their tasks
Requirements
- A degree holder with minimum 10 years' working experience in a role within risk management, audit, data management or compliance
- Ability to apply risk and control principles during process reviews in a banking environment
- Working experience with data management/data governance related responsibilities
- Experience in formal report writing
- Good analytical skills, attention to details and sound judgment
