Clinical Trials Coordinator Role

About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Trials Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing clinical trials from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in relevant systems such as SAP, OAS, and APIMS.
  • Extract and analyze information from these systems to prepare necessary documents and statements.
  • Collaborate with coordinators and finance teams to verify information and ensure timely payments.
  • Perform administrative tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:

  • GCE 'N' Level or GCE 'O' Level or Diploma Holders.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting.
  • Detailed-oriented and observant with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
