We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our growth and community marketing efforts. As a Growth & Community Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Manage digital paid media campaigns with media agencies and optimize website and landing pages for conversion.
- Utilize data-driven insights to improve marketing performance.
- Track, measure, and optimize marketing performance using key metrics such as event attendance, referrals, agent engagement, and conversion rates.
You will work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with agent needs and collaborate with the Content Lead to craft and distribute compelling content across digital and community channels.
Requirements:- A minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in community marketing, partnerships, and campaign execution.
- Confident communicator and relationship-builder, comfortable attending and speaking at events.
- Highly adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to balance data-driven decision-making with creative community-building initiatives.
