Ultrasound Sonographer Position

This role is ideal for professionals who are skilled in ultrasound and have a strong background in medical imaging. We are seeking to hire an experienced sonographer to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging services to patients as requested by referring physicians or as allowed by statutory regulations and according to acceptable standards.
  • To ensure familiarization of use and correct handling of imaging equipment to avoid incorrect equipment usage.
  • Understand and perform quality control activities to ensure that radiology medical equipment are functioning according to specifications.
  • Work closely with nurses and support staff to ensure patient care is met.
  • Provide quality customer service to patients.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Sonography / Radiography / Medical Imaging Science related.
  • Willing and keen to transit to a Radigrapher (after two years).
  • Fully registered with AHPC.
  • With few years of experience preferably in the public healthcare.
