Senior Manager Strategic Planning

About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to co-develop, monitor and evaluate strategic initiatives.
  • This key member of our executive leadership team will analyze trends, opportunities and develop plans to achieve long-term objectives.
Responsibilities:
  • Enable Growth: Lead development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth and enhance competitive advantage.
  • Monitor and Evaluate: Continuously monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic initiatives, adjusting as necessary.
  • Research: Conduct comprehensive research on the Social Service and Community Care sector, including competitor analysis and trend assessments.
  • Data Analytics: Analyze data and perform quantitative analysis to glean insights about client, caregiver, volunteer and corporate partner populations.
  • Quantify Feasibility: Develop models to quantify feasibility of recommended strategic decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, internal and external stakeholders to work cohesively towards achieving strategic objectives.
  • Reporting and Communication: Track performance of strategic initiatives. Construct and update management dashboard for monitoring and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Post-graduate degree or professional certification is desirable.
  • Minimum 12 years' experience in management consulting, strategic planning, change management and/or business development, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in project management principles to oversee execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Strong working knowledge of Data Science.
  • Expertise in Change Management.
  • Able to work autonomously and deliver under tight deadlines.
