Lead Software Development Team

The role of a Senior Software Development Manager involves overseeing the development and implementation of scalable web applications using industry-leading technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.

Key responsibilities include leading a team of developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and regular performance feedback. They will also design, implement, and maintain web applications, ensuring high-quality user experiences.

Furthermore, they will collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define project requirements and deliverables. This includes overseeing frontend architecture, code quality, and adherence to best practices.

The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of software development experience, including strong expertise in technology stacks such as JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS. They will also have proven experience in team leadership or project management within software development projects.

  • Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript

  • Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS
  • Experience with Redux, Web Workers, and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools
  • Experience with TDD and testing frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, or PACT
  • Exposure to React Native or mobile development is a plus
