Construction Project Lead

Project Leaders play a pivotal role in the success of our projects. We are seeking an exceptional individual to assume this position and lead a team of supervisors to manage day-to-day construction activities.

The successful candidate will coordinate with clients, quantity surveyors (QPs), and design engineers to resolve technical and design problems. They will also handle sub-contractors and specialists to ensure work is completed according to specifications and schedule.

To excel in this role, the candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering recognised by BCA, with a minimum of 3 years experience in construction, preferably in LTA projects. Familiarity with LTA station works and/or tunnel works, as well as Singapore and international construction specifications and standards, is essential.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in preparation of construction method statements and risk assessments.
