**Childcare Learning Facilitator Role Overview**

The Childcare Learning Facilitator is a key member of our educational team, responsible for designing and implementing engaging programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.

This role involves creating educational materials, using age-appropriate teaching aids to support learning, and maintaining accurate records of children's progress.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and address their individual educational and developmental needs.
  • Complete regular progress reports and compile a comprehensive developmental portfolio for each child.
  • Apply positive discipline techniques consistently to guide children's behavior.
  • Ensure the upkeep of teaching resources, classroom arrangement, decorations, and overall learning environment.
  • Stay familiar with all curriculum documents, handbooks, and policy manuals, and apply them in daily practice.
Qualifications
  • Possess at least one of the following qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECH), Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education (CPEE), Diploma in Early Childhood Studies (ECS), Diploma in Early Childhood Development & Education (ECDE), or Higher NITEC in Early Childhood Education.
