Requirements and Skills:

  • Degree and Certification: A degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a relevant field, along with certification as an IT Technician (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional).
  • Excellent Diagnostic and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent Communication Ability: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Outstanding Organizational and Time-Management Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-Depth Understanding of Computer Systems and Networks: In-depth knowledge of computer systems and networks, including hardware and software components, operating systems, and network protocols.
  • Good Knowledge of Internet Security and Data Privacy Principles: Good understanding of internet security and data privacy principles, with the ability to apply these principles in a practical setting.
Estimated Salary:

S$120,000 - S$180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
