Job Description

As a Penetration Testing Specialist, you will play a critical role in evaluating the organization's cybersecurity posture by simulating real-world attacks and identifying vulnerabilities across systems, applications, and networks. This role involves conducting comprehensive penetration tests to identify security weaknesses and preparing detailed reports on the findings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough penetration tests on applications, databases, systems, and networks to identify potential security threats.
  • Prepare detailed reports on the findings, highlighting areas for improvement and recommended mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with IT, risk, and compliance teams to track remediation efforts and ensure closure of identified vulnerabilities.
  • Simulate cyber attacks to evaluate defensive measures and enhance the organization's cybersecurity posture.


Requirements
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing, including web applications, mobile applications, APIs, network, and database testing.
  • Strong knowledge of secure code review and familiarity with popular testing tools such as Kali Linux and Burp.
  • Proficiency in languages such as Oracle SQL, Mainframe, and DB2.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively, both written and verbal.
  • Hold relevant certifications such as GIAC/Offensive Security/CREST.
