We are seeking a Business Model Innovation Specialist to join us in supply chain process optimization domain. This is not merely a process improvement role; it is a strategic position for someone who desires to deeply understand the vendor-to-vendor business paradigm and is passionate about fundamentally transforming and innovating core business models.

As a Business Model Innovation Specialist, you will work closely with a Lead Innovator, supporting the shaping of the future direction of our services and partnerships. Your key responsibilities include:

• Deep Business Acumen: Quickly grasp customer business needs, diagnose root issues, identify critical business constraints, and analyze the competitive landscape and future trends.
• Strategic Alignment: Articulate how customer business challenges and goals can be effectively addressed and led by our service menu, fostering strong, value-driven partnerships.
• Innovation Pipeline Development: Identify business goals ripe for potential Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) proposals and cultivate a robust pipeline of Digital Transformation (DX) solutions that redefine conventional approaches.
• Leadership & Management Insight: Develop a comprehensive understanding of how General Managers (GMs) operate and manage their businesses, identifying key decision-making drivers and strategic priorities.
• Knowledge Repository Leadership: Contribute significantly to and help curate a central knowledge repository of critical business know-how.
• Collaborative Problem Solving: Collaborate closely with managers to diagnose, analyze, and solve complex business issues, driving effective, cross-functional solutions.
• Core Value Innovation: Champion initiatives that push beyond incremental improvements, actively seeking to understand and innovate the fundamental core value proposition of vendor-to-vendor business models within the automotive supply chain.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a functional or business analyst, or performing a role in business strategy or business development.
• Demonstrated experience in business process re-engineering, digital transformation, or strategic innovation projects.
• Proven track record of understanding complex business challenges and contributing to actionable, value-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with manufacturing or supply chain operations.
