Job Title: Experienced Support Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished professional to provide top-notch administrative support for the smooth operation of our centre. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including internal and external parties, in managing grant funding and performance reporting.

Your responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation of research protocols, project budgeting, and service agreements, as well as providing overall project coordination support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct administrative tasks related to research projects
  • Prepare and review documents, such as research protocols and service agreements
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings and events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

Skill Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in biomedical research, research administration, finance, and operations
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
