Job Title: Finance Data Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Data Analyst to join our team. As a Finance Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and validating distribution-related reports to ensure compensation processes are accurate, timely, and aligned with business rules.

You will lead process improvements and digital transformation efforts using data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. Your ability to interpret business requirements and analyze data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights will be crucial in driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or finance operations, preferably in the financial or insurance sectors. Strong business acumen with the ability to balance operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic objectives is essential.

Your technical skills should include hands-on experience with data analytics tools such as Alteryx, Anaplan, Python, Power BI, and SQL. You must be comfortable working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
