Job Summary

The Clinic Executive/Receptionist will play a pivotal role in managing patient appointments, registration, and medical reports. This individual must possess excellent customer service skills, be friendly and well-spoken, and have basic computer skills.

  • Manage patient appointments and registration
  • Administer medical reports
  • Perform administrative duties and handle phone calls
  • Assist with clinic assessments (e.g., height and weight, blood pressure)
Key Responsibilities

Patient Management:

  • Coordinate patient appointments and registration
  • Manage patient records and medical reports

Administrative Support:

  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries

Clinic Operations:

  • Assist with clinic assessments (e.g., height and weight, blood pressure)
Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills

Education:

  • Min GCE O-Level

Experience:

  • Prior experience preferred but not required
Working Conditions

Schedule:

  • 5-day workweek with alternate Saturdays

Leave:

  • 14 days leave

Position:

  • Full-time position

Hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • (Alternate) Sat: 8:00am to 12:00pm
