Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of **¥6,500,000** (based on industry standards and location). Job Description

As a Data Analyst Expert, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing datasets from group companies to ensure data quality and reliability;
  • Conducting exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies;
  • Applying statistical methods to transform data into actionable insights for business stakeholders, including regression and time series analysis;
  • Interpreting and communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders through reports, BI dashboards, and presentations;
  • Automating existing recurring reports and analyses;
  • Designing and developing the data architecture for BI solutions;
  • Building data pipelines where necessary for the development of visualization solutions;
  • Providing ad-hoc analysis required by management to support strategic initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a business setting focused on data analysis, insights, and recommendations;
  • Excellent data visualization skills, with experience in creating dashboard reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools;
  • Knowledge of database, data modeling, and ETL pipeline development;
  • Knowledge of SQL, and Python is a plus;
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computing, statistics, business analytics, finance, or equivalent.
