Job Title: Technology Governance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technology Governance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of technology-related risks, audits, and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate across all lines of defense for IT risk, regulatory inspections, and audit activities
  • Drive governance frameworks, including RCSA, KRI monitoring, incident reviews, and compliance self-assessments
  • Advise on technology and cybersecurity risk management
  • Review and support closure of audit findings and track remediation progress
  • Promote risk awareness and lead initiatives to enhance governance maturity
  • Prepare regulatory reports and support process automation in risk and control activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT governance, risk, or compliance, preferably in financial services
  • Strong understanding of MAS regulations, NIST, ISO 27001, and other relevant frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with IT risk tools, controls testing, and audit response
  • Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement and analytical skills
