We are seeking an experienced nursing professional to join our team as a Nursing Specialist. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of nursing staff.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify areas where nursing staff require additional education or training.

Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- At least 9 years of post-registration clinical experience, including at least one year of experience in clinical teaching/professional development and continuing education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals.
