We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Active Recovery Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help people achieve their physical wellbeing goals through trainer-assisted stretching.
About the JobThis is a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about active recovery and want to acquire a professional skillset in this field. As an Active Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for performing trainer-assisted stretching on customers based on their goals or discomforts, as well as participating in structured skill-up trainings for consistent growth and improvements.
Requirements- No experience is required, as we provide fully sponsored training at Stretch Academy Singapore.
- Basic human anatomy knowledge is a bonus.
- Service experience is also a bonus.
- Fully sponsored training at Stretch Academy Singapore.
- Fully paid trainee salary starting from $1,500 during training.
- Salary starting from $1,750 since shop debut.
- Incremental incentives based on 3x bi-annual reviews.
- Exclusive graduation training trip to Japan.
- 5 days work week, 44 hours per week; flexible work shift & hours arrangements.
- $1,200 learning support allowance within 2 years.
