We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Solutions Specialist to join our team at DACTA SG PTE. LTD.
About the Role
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical consultation to customers, understanding their requirements and recommending suitable solutions and services.
- They will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and engage with vendors for support and solutions.
- This role involves delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients, as well as working on proposals with the sales team.
- The successful candidate will also conduct research into the industry, identify new market opportunities, and stay up-to-date with product developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise to customers through consultation and solution recommendation.
- Support the sales team to meet targets and grow revenue.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely and effective support.
- Create compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team on proposal development and presentation.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Salary Estimate
We offer a competitive salary of SGD $80,000 - SGD $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
