\Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate with skills in CSS, account management, and gaming industry knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.\Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for account growth and retention.\
  • Manage and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and support.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.\
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and optimize operations.\
  • Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on account performance and progress towards goals.\
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to drive growth and expansion.\
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of account activities, including transactions, communications, and meetings.\
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying current with industry best practices and emerging trends.\
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.\
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and presentations to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members.\
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor projects.

\Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.\
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or related field.\
  • Proven track record of success in driving growth, increasing revenue, and improving customer satisfaction.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.\
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar software.\
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.\
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.\
  • Experience working with CRM software and databases.\
  • Fluency in English language.
