About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Administration: Provide system administration and support for on-premise and cloud infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. Manage user accounts, perform system monitoring, troubleshoot issues, and implement security best practices to ensure reliable and secure IT operations across the organization.
  • IT Support: Respond to IT support requests from end-users, either in person, via phone, or through the ticketing system. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Hardware and Software Installation: Assist with the installation, configuration, and deployment of computer systems, laptops, printers, software applications, and other IT equipment.
  • User Account Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems and applications. Ensure user onboarding and offboarding processes are executed accurately and efficiently.
  • Network Maintenance: Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and work with the Network team to maintain a stable and secure network environment. Provide smart hand support for basic network devices installation and deployment.
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on computer systems, servers, and other IT equipment. Keep hardware and software up to date with the latest patches and updates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
