We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team at Mizuho Bank. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our Relationship Managers and corporate clients in banking-related applications and transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and document credit applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with our compliance team on Customer Due Diligence (CDD) to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Support marketing staff in dealing with banking transactions, including inter-branch and external parties.
  • Collaborate with marketing staff to reduce and complete items under provisional transaction within predetermined deadlines.
  • Communicate and support team members to achieve department goals.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and internal rule requirements to safeguard the Bank's interests.
  • Assist and coordinate with marketing staff in handling and completing requests related to customers' banking transactions.
  • Manage transactional problems and recommend solutions to team leaders, section heads, and management.
  • Train and share knowledge with junior support staff.
