Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop workflows for sequencing with internal standards for quantitation
  • Analyze existing metagenomic datasets and submit manuscripts for publication
  • Draft and publish manuscripts on metagenomic analysis

To succeed in this role, you will require a PhD in a related field, hands-on experience in geothermal microbial ecology, and proficiency in bioinformatics for amplicon and metagenomic sequencing. Strong written and oral communication skills are also essential.
