Technical Solutions Lead

This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of workplace technology.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Lead to spearhead technical consulting, design, and project delivery within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients to define AV/IT/Security technology needs and specifications
  • Design comprehensive integrated solutions encompassing audiovisual, information technology, and security systems
  • Develop detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) and technical specifications for tender documentation
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for AV/IT/Security solutions across the business
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in AV/IT/Security pre-sales solution design and BOM development
  • Hands on experience in AV/IT/Security consulting and project implementation
  • Demonstrated track record of managing technology projects from initiation to completion
  • Experience with procurement processes and vendor management
