Job Opportunity: Strategic Transformation Leader

The Ministry's operational landscape is undergoing rapid evolution. To effectively respond to these changes, the organization must adapt and reshape its structure to be forward-thinking.

As a key member of the Corporate Development Division's Transformation Team, you will collaborate with multiple teams to drive excellence in organizational performance.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Conducting strategic reviews to ensure alignment between the organization's structure and shifting business priorities, along with associated manpower resourcing strategies.
  • Developing policies and solutions based on critical analysis of business needs, focusing on organization design, job grading, and evaluation.
  • Establishing a framework for governing position management and deployment within MND HQ.

We seek an individual with strong drive, strategic thinking, and analytical skills who can provide expert advice and lead holistic HR policy reviews.
