Job Title: Service Operations Lead - F&B

We are seeking an experienced Service Operations Lead to join our team at WGT EHR Pte Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about the F&B industry and has excellent leadership skills.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading daily operations, training staff, and cultivating good mannerism in the outlet while enhancing customer experience. They will also be expected to master all service operations, ensure good working environment, and increase employee experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Fully master all service operations, including training staff and ensuring good working environment.
  • Train & guide service & bar staff in accordance with company's mission, vision, and values.
  • Lead daily operations, propose improvement plans of working practices and personal efficiency, and execute outlet action plans with goals in mind.
  • Support outlet manager and senior outlet managers to achieve company/brand/outlet goals.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in F&B industry.
  • Preferably with 1 year supervisor/captain/assistant manager experience.
  • Passionate in F&B and great customer service.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is estimated to be SGD $4500 - $6000 per month, depending on experience. Additionally, employees enjoy VB + Incentive, 6 off days per month, and other benefits.
