Packaging Operations Coordinator Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Packaging Operations Coordinator to handle the receipt, inspection, and preparation of goods from suppliers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess basic knowledge of inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect goods from suppliers, verifying quality and quantity according to established standards
  • Label goods accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with delivery orders
  • Conduct regular stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Support daily warehouse operations and store maintenance tasks
  • Maintain high standards of warehouse organization and housekeeping
  • Display a positive attitude and contribute to a productive team environment
  • Hold a Class 3 driving license (preferred)

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of inventory management principles
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects safely
  • Class 3 driving license (preferred)

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word
