Pastry Baker Position

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare signature viennoiseries, tarts, cakes, and more from dough work to finishing touches.
  • Work closely with senior chefs to refine techniques and maintain product quality at scale.
  • Handle mise en place, ingredient prep, and ensure proper rotation and storage.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
  • Learn the rhythm of working in a central production kitchen, supporting other stations when needed.
Requirements
  • Must-Haves:
  • 1+ year of experience as a pastry baker or commis/demi pastry baker.
  • Strong understanding of traditional French baking techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
