Job Title: Pharmacy Professional

Role Overview

As a Pharmacy Professional, you will be an integral part of our pharmacy team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist pharmacists in the efficient processing of prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and meeting targeted waiting times.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key tasks include:

  • Dispensing medication accurately and efficiently
  • Providing medication counseling to patients
  • Supporting prescription interventions to ensure patient safety
  • Managing inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Offering financial counseling to support patient needs

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A diploma in Pharmaceutical Science from a local polytechnic OR a WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Pharmacy Support) OR a non-SPC registrable Pharmacy Degree ONLY
  • Excellent team collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including night shifts (if applicable)
