Unlock Your Potential as a PR or Citizenship Application Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Immigration Sales Consultant.

Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through their PR or Citizenship application journey, providing expert advice and support throughout the process.

  • Conduct in-depth consultations with leads provided by the company to identify client needs and preferences.
  • Evaluate client eligibility and recommend appropriate strategies for a successful application.
  • Convert qualified leads into paid engagements through value-based selling and excellent communication skills.
  • Maintain high service standards and follow through with post-sign-up activities to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and updated for all client interactions to facilitate seamless onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with the processing team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience in consulting, education, finance, or real estate.
  • Prior experience in immigration consultancy is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and confidently.
  • A strong closing skill set, with the ability to meet monthly sales and conversion KPIs.
  • Self-motivation, proactivity, and a team player attitude.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English (Mandarin is a bonus).
  • Residency status: Singaporeans or PRs only.
