About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Climate Solutions team in the Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the execution of ESG and climate strategy across the region, providing guidance on the delivery of Aon United 3 x3 plan, and developing and enabling client retention and new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and drive the implementation of ESG and climate strategy across Asia Pacific;
  • Provide subject matter expertise to clients on climate disclosures and ESG, acting as a trusted advisor;
  • Lead and facilitate client meetings and discussions with senior executives and leadership teams;
  • Develop and deliver Climate Solutions consulting engagements, including individual and team-based approaches;
  • Collaborate with account executives, specialty broking colleagues, and Enterprise Client Group leadership to identify and deliver growth and enhanced client servicing and planning;
  • Enhance Aon's reputation in climate and ESG solutions through thought leadership and industry participation.
Requirements
  • Strong business relationship and communication skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders;
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of climate and ESG solutions offered;
  • Ability to work in close collaboration with colleagues to implement effective solutions to meet client needs;
  • Exceptional work ethic, high level of professionalism, and adherence to ethical standards;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and cultural acumen aligning with the APAC region;
  • Comfortable with intermittent periods of travel, evening, and weekend hours;
  • Proven record of business development in climate and ESG solutions.
