About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Sales Engineer to join our team at Munters PTE LTD. As a Service Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales related to control systems and equipment upgrades for dehumidifier solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Focus on acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones to achieve sales targets and objectives for control systems and equipment upgrades.
  • Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing customers to secure and cultivate future business opportunities.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share of control systems and upgrades.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts and reports for the designated area of responsibility.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure all service jobs and purchases are correctly captured, ordered, invoiced, and fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing initiatives to enhance sales performance.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with existing and new customers through visits to meet sales target levels.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Minimum qualification of Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant sales experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Ability to identify and acquire new clients while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in sales, particularly in control systems or equipment upgrades.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Driving License: Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.
