Job Title: Site Supervisor, Utility Operations

The Site Supervisor, Utility Operations is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and installation of utility systems and equipment for construction projects.


Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and code requirements, coordinating with project teams and subcontractors to achieve efficient and effective utility system installations, reviewing and approving utility system designs, drawings, and specifications, overseeing the testing, commissioning, and maintenance of utility systems, monitoring and managing utility system performance, and resolving any issues or problems that may arise.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil or Mechanical Engineering;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in utility engineering in the construction industry;
  • Strong knowledge of utility systems and equipment, including water supply, drainage, electrical, and HVAC systems;
  • Excellent project management and communication skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
