Hotel Operations Excellence Manager

As a Quality and Learning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in elevating hotel operations to new heights. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and enhance the hotel's quality management systems, ensuring seamless alignment with industry standards and local regulations.
This role is all about fostering a culture of continuous improvement, consistently pushing the boundaries to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring Guest Satisfaction Index performance through close collaboration with operational teams.
- Developing targeted action plans to improve service quality and guest satisfaction based on feedback from multiple platforms.
- Cultivating a learning environment that empowers employees to uphold quality standards and exceed expectations.
- Championing cross-functional improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, innovation, and service excellence.
The ideal candidate should possess a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or an equivalent field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or learning & development within the hospitality industry is required. Additionally, strong business acumen, critical thinking, and strategic decision-making skills are essential.
Key Requirements include:
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or learning & development within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and hotel operational standards.
