Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Nursing, hold a valid practicing license with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB Registered), and possess prior experience in Nursing Homes or Day Care Centres.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality care services to clients, including performing basic nursing care, monitoring vital signs, and managing medication.
  • In addition, the nurse will assist in supervision of care staff, ensuring their physical well-being and safety, and collaborate with therapists to implement therapeutic programs.
  • The nurse will also engage with residents and observe their condition, documenting and reporting as necessary, while maintaining compliance with nursing regulations, infection prevention, and control requirements.

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Nursing
