">Job Requirements:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Aircon Technician cum Assistant Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing facilities handover, planning day-to-day activities, and providing excellent customer service.
">Key Responsibilities:
">Your primary responsibilities will include:
">- ">
- Managing facilities handover, including associated training, communications, and defect issues;">
- Planning day-to-day activities for air conditioning installation teams;">
- Providing excellent customer service, including serving clients via office appointments and explaining enquiries in-office;">
- Leading outsource facilities management teams in day-to-day M&E activities;">
- Developing design drawings for client/consultant approval;">
- Providing advice, guidance, support, and training to team members to improve their capability;">
- Good acknowledgment for CAD to update As Built drawing after project completion;">
Requirements:
">To be considered for this role, you must hold a diploma or degree in electrical and mechanical engineering, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Project P6 is also essential. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required, as well as the ability to multitask and work well with others.
