Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop OutSystems applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment
  • Lead and mentor a team of offshore developers to deliver assigned tasks
  • Perform code review and provide technical guidance to junior developers
  • Perform integration testing with relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
  • A degree in IT or Computer Science
  • At least 3 years of OutSystems development experience
  • Able to speak and write well in English for easier communication with the project team
  • Passionate, team player, and willingness to learn
  • Experience in full SDLC from end to end with a strong database design knowledge
  • Experience in OutSystems DevOps or Tech Lead is an added advantage
