The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Engineer to join our team at Roof Doctors Pte Ltd. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our construction projects and providing technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct regular inspections of our construction sites to identify any potential hazards or areas for improvement.
2. Develop and implement solutions to complex construction problems in collaboration with our engineering team.
3. Provide technical support to our clients and respond to any queries they may have regarding our construction projects.
4. Collaborate with our contractors and workers to ensure they are meeting the required standards.
5. Document daily site activities and submit reports to management on a regular basis.

Requirements
1. A degree in engineering or a related field is required for this position.
2. Proven experience in construction operations and management is essential.
3. Strong technical skills and knowledge of construction practices and procedures are necessary.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with our clients and contractors.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
6. Physically fit to climb scaffolding and conduct site inspections.
