Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with relevant parties and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with desired outcomes aligned to objectives.
  • Monitor the TMM budget on a quarterly basis.
  • Provide general support for trade marketing related inquiries in the regional office.
  • Liaise and interface with HQ TMM department.
  • Liaise and interface closely with regional Commercial teams as well as other departments when needed.
  • Travel for work when required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in high-end luxury retail or hospitality industry.
  • Creative, pragmatic, and proactive.
  • Able to take a collaborative approach to design, engaging in conversations around stakeholder comment.
  • Detail-oriented, strong in project management.
  • Experience in working with sales teams, possessing analytical and numerical skills with good command of written communication.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence and develop business relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent decision-making skills with experience in planning, organizing, and problem-solving.
  • Team player with high level of integrity.
  • Demonstrate exceptional multi-tasking skills.
