Lead Processing Professional

This role involves pre-sales screening of live leads to identify potential opportunities. As a Lead Processing Professional, you will be working closely with the lead processing unit to understand investment levels and redirect them to the appropriate teams.

You will possess effective communication skills and have a sound knowledge of basic operations. Experience in communications is beneficial, and familiarity with regional languages is considered an asset.

We offer comprehensive training, both in the classroom and on-the-job, to ensure you excel in your role. Our team provides a supportive work environment that fosters growth and job security.

This is a non-sales role with fixed weekends off, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. You will be based at our India head office, working 5 days a week.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the fashion industry and possess strong skills in lead redirection, communication, and pre-sales screening.
