Senior Manufacturing Engineer Position

We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to leverage their expertise in manufacturing processes, product development, and technical support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, manufacturing, or outsourced manufacturing environments.

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer shall provide technical assistance to contract manufacturers and suppliers handling mass spectrometry products and liquid chromatography products. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support in process and product activities.
  • Defining and performing production processes and equipment development for various manufacturing systems.
  • Applying engineering knowledge to understand and improve manufacturing processes and reliability.
  • Coordinating engineering changes impact with Contract Manufacturers.
  • Assessing engineering change impact and driving resolutions.
  • Driving year on year product improvements with proven cost, lead time, and quality benefits.
  • Managing asset renewal with Contract Manufacturers partners.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or above.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing, or outsourced manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in high mix, low volume manufacturing environments is considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with FDA, ISO 13485 requirements and practices.
