Horticultural Professional Job Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a skilled Horticultural Professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing project management duties, including monitoring site operations and supervising ground workers.

The successful candidate will also be required to assist maintenance crews with horticultural tasks, plan work programs, and continually assess performance to meet the Service Level Agreement.

In addition to these key responsibilities, our Horticultural Professional will handle all administration of works under the Contract, liaise with clients on enquiries, feedbacks and complaints, and attend joint site inspections as required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management Duties: Oversee project management duties, including monitoring site operations and supervising ground workers.
  • Monitoring Site Operations: Monitor site operation and supervise ground workers.
  • Assisting Maintenance Crews: Assist maintenance crews with horticultural tasks.
  • Planning Work Programs: Plan the work program and continually assess performance to meet the Service Level Agreement.
  • Administration of Works: Handle all administration of works under the Contract.
  • Liaising with Clients: Liaise with clients on enquiries, feedbacks and complaints.
  • Joint Site Inspections: Attend joint site inspections as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Horticulture/Landscape Management or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Landscape Supervision or WSQ Diploma in Landscape Management (Any Landscape Related Course)
  • Arborist certification from International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Landscape Industry
  • Able to work outdoor and sun loving personnel
  • Possess valid Class 2B/Class 3 and above will be a bonus
