Job Description">

The Orange Movement is a global initiative that aims to integrate gender equality and climate action into financial markets. As the Senior Director, you will provide strategic vision and entrepreneurial drive to expand the Movement's reach, resources, and influence globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage cross-functional teams within the organization and across global partners.
  • Develop and execute a global strategy to expand the Orange Investor Alliance and Partner Coalition.
  • Engage institutional investors, DFIs, corporates, philanthropies, and governments to channel capital through the Orange Movement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, capital markets, fundraising, or senior leadership roles in finance, philanthropy, or development in the Global South.
  • Proven track record in capital mobilization, impact finance, or climate/gender initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead cross-functional teams, work across global stakeholders, and operate entrepreneurially.
