We are looking for a skilled BIM modeler to join our team.

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Our ideal candidate will have at least an ITE / Diploma in C&S Engineering, with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a Singapore Consultancy firm for the Junior position, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience for Senior position.
  • The successful candidate will be committed and able to work as a team, highlighting model/drawing discrepancies, missing information or potential issues to Project Manager and proposing solutions.
  • Responsibilities include producing multi-disciplinary BIM models in a timely manner and with quality, assisting in preparation of BIM documentation such as RFI, sheets, schedules, 3D presentation, report, drawing list, tracking list, chronological order of events and time sheet, and supporting collaborations with project architects, engineers, clients, consultants and contractors in terms of BIM implementation.
  • The ideal candidate will also develop and maintain BIM standards, protocol, and library.
