Job Title: Senior Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to join our Pre-Sales organization.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our sales executives, customers, and users to design and build reliable, scalable systems using our data platform.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in pre-sales with enterprise software.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience designing with scalable and highly available distributed systems in the cloud and on-prem.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and business concepts to technology and business leadership.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding customers and users to review complex architecture of existing applications, providing guidance on how to improve by leveraging technology.

Additionally, you will work closely with our sales teams to strategize and provide recommendations on how to drive multi-threaded solutions.

This role can be based in Singapore and requires business fluency in English and Bahasa as it involves detailed collaboration and management of key business relationships with clients and team members in Indonesia.
