Job Title:
  Treasury Sales Officer, Global Payments Solutions

Overview:
  This role is responsible for delivering integrated treasury solutions to financial institutions clients and prospects across markets in APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  Revenue Growth: Actively manage and grow transaction banking revenue streams across the broad product suite.
  Senior Relationships: Develop senior relationships at client organizations and elevate dialogue through thought leadership, content, and disciplined coverage intensity.
  Client Advocacy: Advocate for clients in providing right solution to clients across correspondent banking, liquidity management, trade and supply chain finance, FX solutions, and commercial card services.

Responsibilities:

  Drive responsible revenue and balance sheet growth while focusing on risk management and relationship profitability.
  Proactively map client needs and develop senior client connectivity.
  Respond to proposals and lead client engagement and thought leadership initiatives.
  Partner with bankers and product specialists across the enterprise to develop customized treasury solutions by identifying new opportunities.
  Lead pricing negotiations with clients for treasury management products to optimize relationship profitability.
  Foster digital adoption by driving mobile, digital, and real-time payments solutions where relevant.
  Adopt a strategic approach to client engagement by leveraging best practices, peer benchmarking, and industry data analytics.
  Lead, coach, and develop Treasury Sales Analysts (TSA), and Treasury Sales Officers (TSO) through day-to-day support of client deliverables.
  Maintain an in-depth client focus, treasury industry expertise, client subsector expertise, and a broad understanding of our product offering.

Requirements:

  Relevant cash management, correspondent banking, trade finance, and relationship management experience within a top tier international/ regional bank covering financial institutions clients ideally in Singapore and Vietnam.
  Proven track record in managing complex transaction banking solutions for NBFI clients would be an advantage.
  Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Spoken Vietnamese is an advantage.
  A strong team player who understands how to leverage various business functions/partners to drive business growth and support the global client management and sales teams.
  Demonstrates creative thinking while adhering to guidelines.
  Demonstrates the ability to foster strong partnerships within the core team and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  Effectively manages competing priorities in an organized fashion while maintaining a consistent level of client satisfaction.
  Proactively engages all internal partners for sales opportunities.
  Effectively manages risk while balancing the needs of the client, the team, and the bank.
  Able to effectively work as an individual contributor as well as a collaborative team member in a fast-paced environment.

  Depending on relevant years of experience, skills, and background, candidates will be considered for either Vice President or Director level.
