Job Title: Executive Head Chef

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food production, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste. As a key member of our management team, they will also play a vital role in menu planning, staff training, and inventory management.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Menu Planning and Development: Create innovative and exciting menus that showcase your culinary skills and cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Food Production and Presentation: Lead a high-performing kitchen team to produce dishes that meet our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Staff Management and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of chefs, sous chefs, and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Inventory Management: Effectively manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to strict health and safety protocols and best practices.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:


  • Culinary Expertise: Proven experience as an executive head chef or similar position, with a deep understanding of food principles, best practices, and latest trends.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a talent for motivating and inspiring teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Organizational Ability: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, responding effectively to changing circumstances and priorities.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as:


  • Performance Bonus: Eligible for annual performance bonus up to 20% of base salary.

  • Meal Allowance: SGD $500 monthly meal allowance for meals consumed while on duty.
