About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our sales team at Brisbane International Airport. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling cash transactions and promoting products to customers.

  • Process sales via the cash register
  • Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Promote benefits of products to generate sales and achieve set KPI's
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Cash handling experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to operate a point of sale (POS) system
  • A reasonable level of physical fitness, as some manual handling/heavy lifting may be involved
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work well and effectively as part of a team and individually

Work Arrangements

This is a full-time position working 76 hours fortnightly, or a part-time position working 60 hours fortnightly. A 2-week rotating roster applies, with availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and public holidays. Reliable transportation is essential due to early/late hours of work.
