About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Boutique Manager who will spearhead day-to-day operations and propel the store's commercial success. The ideal candidate will lead a sales team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and ensure operational compliance and visual merchandising standards align with brand guidelines.
Primary Responsibilities- Lead, motivate, and inspire the sales team to achieve sales targets and store KPIs, driving business growth through effective teamwork and customer engagement.
- Manage and evaluate individual team performance, ensuring discipline and accountability within the team.
- Promote a positive and consistent brand experience for all customers, upholding brand excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure impactful product presentation and maximize customer engagement through effective visual merchandising strategies.
- Maintain operational compliance across customer service, safety, loss prevention, and HR policies, guaranteeing seamless store operations.
- Oversee inventory management and replenishment processes, minimizing discrepancies and supporting stock accuracy.
- Participate in and support training programs tailored to team and individual needs, fostering continuous growth and development.
- Diploma or higher in a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of retail experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, providing strong leadership and strategic thinking.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive results and foster a high-performing team.
- Sales-driven, resilient, and capable of performing under pressure, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
