Job Opportunity: Compliance Analyst

The role of the Compliance Analyst is to support the bank's internal KYC program, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled and ad-hoc reviews across different client risk classes to guarantee accurate assessments.
  • Monitor and track records, ensuring timely updates and renewals for optimal compliance.
  • Validate customer information using approved sources to ensure data accuracy.
  • Conduct enhanced due diligence, including negative news and social media checks, to identify potential risks.
  • Highlight suspicious product usage to senior management for review and approval.
  • Liaise with teams and customers to gather missing documents for seamless processing.
  • Evaluate and resolve discrepancies from quality control and business approval reviews to maintain high standards.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 1–5 years' experience in KYC/AML or related fields (banking preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of AML/KYC processes and standards.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and documentation expertise.
  • Effective communication skills with ability to engage with customers directly when necessary.
